Today, I am going to talk to you about taking directions.
Taking correct directions is the first main step towards ensuring that your Feng Shui works for you.
As you may know, Feng Shui makes use of compass directions to apply various remedies and cures.
When you get your directions correct and then apply Feng Shui remedies in your home, office or business, you should be able to see a marked improvement in your luck.
So, how can you make sure that you are getting your main door direction right?
Just listen to my video and follow the steps, and you will be able to get it right 🙂
- The first step to taking the direction of your main door is to get a good compass. You can get one from a sports store or stores like National Geographic etc.
- Then, stand in front of your main door, facing outwards, as if you are about to leave the house, and take one direction.
- Next step is to take a couple of steps back and take another reading.
- You will need another reading just outside your front door.
- Now that you have three readings, work out the average of the values and you will have the correct degree.
- Once you have done that, I would suggest writing it down somewhere safe so that you can refer to it and try and memorise it too
- The correct reading of degrees will give you the correct direction of your main door
Here is a list of all the compass directions and their respective degrees for a quick reference:
I would like to point out one very important detail here.
Sometimes, the main door direction and the orientation of the whole house can be very different.
You have to check whether this is the case in your house or not.
Generally speaking, if you stand in the middle of your house and take directions, it should give you an idea of the main orientation of your house.
I will talk to you about the main orientation of your house and the main door direction, in my next video and explain what you should be looking for when taking directions.
Until then, work out the direction of your main door and work out all the compass directions from the centre of your home, office or business.
